About Anthony
Anthony is a senior intellectual property and business attorney at IdeaParlor. Anthony manages the IdeaParlor Team. The IdeaParlor Team has experienced professionals with backgrounds in legal, business, technology, and consulting. Anthony has been involved in various strategy and advisory roles at start-ups, corporate, legal, and consulting organizations. Anthony has also served as General Counsel and operational CEO for various start-ups and business organizations.
Anthony specializes in preparing, developing, and executing strategies for securing patents nationally and internationally. He also engages in patent licensing for developing IP portfolios of high value and represents clients in licensing and acquisition deals to monetize on their IP rights. He has secured patents, negotiated, and executed domestic and international IP deals in the Software, Internet/Telecom, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, and Medical Device fields. Anthony has also experience in patent litigation at District Courts and at the ITC.
Anthony’s practice also includes “Soft IP” such as Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets and commercial matters including contracts, due diligence, M&A, and technology transactions.
His degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA has helped him serve technology companies of all sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, including Microsoft, Sprint, Samsung, Intel, IBM, Fujitsu, etc. Prior to law school, Anthony worked as a patent agent and software engineer. Anthony has also worked as a Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
